This is the artist's favorite flag and it is not for sale. To date this is the most intensely constructed of the series as it was hand beaded on leather. Tiny beads are carefully stitched to a leather skin in traditional Native American style.
Each of the roundel beaded stars in the star field is hand stitched in the style of a traditional roundels found at the temples of a Plains Indian chief's war bonnet. © 2004
